"In 2011, I met Chelsea Burgarski with FUSE Hair & Beauty while looking for a hair and makeup artist to help me look my best for my upcoming wedding day. Chelsea was such a warm and friendly person, whose team did such an amazing job on me and my bridal team, that I ended up going to her as my regular hair stylist following the wedding. That is where I learned about FUSE Makeup Academy. I wanted to learn not only how to make myself look as fabulous as she did on my wedding day, but to make others look and feel as incredible as I did that day. So, I signed up for the Academy. The Academy courses were professional, but still fun and low stress. Each week we learned new techniques through hands on experience. We practiced on real people in each class with Chelsea guiding us. She was always kind in her critiques and never made us feel embarrassed or ashamed of our mistakes. At the end of the course, I was so surprised when she asked if I would be interested in being an intern for FUSE Hair & Beauty! I jumped right in. I started as an intern, and at the end of my internship, I was offered a job as a certified make up artist with FUSE Hair & Beauty. I spent the next few years working with brides and wedding parties all over Southern California. It was a great job. I was able to continue my Mon-Fri day job in education, and spend the weekends I chose with FUSE. I loved it. I made lasting friendships, helped women feel beautiful and confident during one of the best days of their lives, and experienced some beautiful places I probably never would have visited otherwise. All because I signed up for FUSE Makeup Academy. I am retired from my makeup artistry now, as I'm raising my family and giving them my full attention and energy, but those years will always be a core part of who I am. I highly recommend FUSE Makeup Academy and give them 5/5 stars!"
